The darker months are a perfect time to turn in, rekindle energy, reflect and restore. And what better way to do this than with yoga, meditation, tea & community in our warm, candle-lit temple studio.
One month of longer, 2-hour classes with Anya provide time to flow through energising Vinyasa sequences for strength and vibrance, then soften to the ground for longer, restorative and Yin-style stretches and deep relaxation.
Each session will move you into meditation- both guided and quiet - to further deepen your awareness, enriched by ancient teachings from Yogic philosophy and mindfulness that will flow into everyday life.
The course includes the option of a daily home practice for maximum benefit; you will receive a guided yoga home practice & audio meditation by Anya to continue practising regularly and at your own pace, helping keep you connected and clear throughout the whole month.
