Join Ronny and Anya for a very special Yoga class this Summer. This year we’ve had a little pause from Park Yoga (which has been running now since 2010, phew!). Now half way through the Summer, we miss the beauty of Yoga under the sky, so we’re teaching one longer Park Yoga class together in August. Yes - one time only! 😉

Join us to enjoy the last of the day’s sunshine together at the end of the week.. 1.5 hours of embodied movement and meditation, particularly inspired by Ronny’s background in Gestalt bodywork and Anya’s love of yogic philosophy. Opening and energising postures will tone and strengthen the body, while deep stretching, mindful breathing and mediative flows will give us grounding and space. All under a big open sky.
