SATURDAYS: ‘Flow & Restore’ Yoga - a well-balanced blend of active vinyasa to shift and brighten the energy, followed by restful deep stretches, guided relaxation and meditation. You’ll start each weekend feeling refreshed and lighter

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q - What if I miss a class?
A - That's ok. Your space will always be held for you. We know life can get busy and no practice is ever perfect, which is why this series includes bonus digital classes should you wish to catch up on a missed class or simply deepen into your practice at home. It is a series rather than a 'course', so you won't need to catch up on any content should you ever miss a class.
Q. - I can’t make all of the dates. Can I switch a class to another day?
A. Yes, IF you provide the dates BEFORE the course starts so that the space can be allocated to someone else. Write to me before it starts and we can go from there. Date changes won’t be possible once the course has started - the video library provides a home practice if you can’t make it to the studio.
Q. Can I drop in to single classes without joining all 6?
A.- Maybe! First places are given to those who sign up for the whole series as the intention is on the benefit of regularity and consistent community. This series is usually fully booked, but if spaces remain available at short notice you’ll be able to book them as drop-in sessions via the calendar or email.
Q. Do I need experience in yoga or meditation?
A. No, I'll guide everything you need to know in our sessions. You're always welcome just as you are.
Q. Do I need to bring a mat?
A. We have mats at the studio, but to stay Covid-safe you must either bring your own FULL LENGTH mat or a towel / cover to put over a studio mat.
Q. What covid regulations apply?
A. ‘‘3G’’. This means you must be vaccinated / recovered / tested
You are required to wear a mask except during the practice
