Mondays: Slow Flow & Meditation. A deeply calming, restful practice to begin the week feeling clear and mindful
OR
Saturdays: ‘Flow & Restore’ Yoga - a well-balanced blend of active vinyasa to shift and brighten the energy, followed by restful deep stretches, guided relaxation and meditation. You’ll move into each weekend feeling refreshed, rested and lighter.

FAQs:
Q - What if I miss a class?
A - That's ok. Your space will always be held for you. We know life can get busy and no practice is ever perfect, which is why this series includes bonus digital classes should you wish to catch up on a missed class or simply deepen into your practice at home. It is a series rather than a 'course', so you won't need to catch up on any content should you ever miss a class.
Q. Can I drop in to single classes without joining all 6?
A.- Maybe. First places are given to those who sign up for the whole series as the intention is on the benefit of regularity and consistent community. This series is usually fully booked, but if spaces remain available at short notice you’ll be able to book them as drop-in sessions via the calendar.
Q. Do I need experience in yoga or meditation?
A. No, I'll guide everything you need to know in our sessions. You're always welcome just as you are.
Q. Do I need to bring a mat?
A. We have mats at the studio, but to stay Covid-safe you must either bring your own FULL LENGTH mat or a towel / cover to put over a studio mat.
Q. What covid regulations apply?
A. ‘‘2G+’’. This means you must be fully vaccinated / recovered plus show proof of either an additional booster jab or negative test from the last 24 hours. You are required to wear a mask everywhere except during the practice.
