Joining a series is a positive commitment to yourself to create a weekly well-being sanctuary in a friendly, regular community. A healthy weekly routine gives us regular space come home to ourselves, which is much-needed in busy city life

The style will be slow, deep, mindful yoga with long, releasing stretches & awareness practices to cultivate presence & mind space

You’ll feel supported to start each week with a clear mind & eased body

(In-person members will also receive the Zoom link to join from home any time you can’t make it)

Online: 75 euro
