This week I'll offer a special extended class time to incorporate a Yoga Nidra practice. This translates to ''Yogic Sleep'' and it is a deep, guided relaxation with rich potential for insight, clarity & healing.
There will be 75 minutes of ‘Flow & Restore’ Yoga to balance the energy before we conclude in this deep guided rest.
A perfect practice for deep winter!
