Are you curious to understand what the meaning of yoga is really all about?

Join us for a simple introduction to yoga’s deep wisdom followed by a guided meditation.


A cozy, community Sunday evening.

We’ll meet online from our different places in the world for a short & sweet meet-up and practice.

At the end of retreats & group courses it's always bitter-sweet saying goodbye after so much rich connection. 

I’d like to offer a cozy community space for a monthly practice to meet & re-connect, which is free & open to everyone, whether or not you’ve had classes with me before.

We’ll check in & practise a grounding guided meditation to connect with ourselves & each other, clearing mind-space for the week ahead
